Teacher Appreciation Week

Do you know a teacher or counselor who you believe should receive a free photo shoot in honor of Teacher Appreciation Week? Fill out the form below and we will select the first 20 teachers to receive a new headshot and 5 full body photos. We ask that all donations be sent to $thecreativehubclt 

Free Photoshoot Form 

Your nomination gets an educator one, 30 minute photoshoot which provides 1 headshot and 5 full body shots in one outfit. By nominating an educator, you are agreeing to also donate a minimum of $25 towards the photoshoot. Every donation helps The Creative Hub CLT fund the campaign and provide optimal services the day of. All donations given to The Creative Hub CLT are non-refundable.
